Front desk staff need lessons in professional behavior. Absolutely the worst customer service of any pet care facility. In addition, you can almost never get anyone to answer the phone. There is a very strong emphasis on selling products. This is not what I'm used to in a vet.
Took a lot of time and effort with me ,and my dog, and cat, making sure they got the best care, for their needs.so I requested additional medical attention for my cat's ears They did it but charged me extra even with a pet insurance plan with Pet Smart!Rip off artist!
Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone there. Took over an hour of call backs for someone to answer the phone and provide mediocre customer service. I've been taking my pets to Banfield for years all over the country and this is by far the worst one I've encountered.
Great place. I found an injured bird when I was landscaping. They are the only place around that would take a wild animal and try to save it.
I can only say I pay almost 50$/month for a useless health plan that doesn’t help in an actual emergent situation. The front staff is unprofessional, the doctors do not communicate with pet owners, and are unwilling to compromise at all. My dog needed a simple surgery the vet refused to do at the same time as a dental cleaning (and yes I understand the difference between a clean and dirty procedure is) I have to make the appointments months in advance for cleaning. My dog had surgery two weeks ago somewhere else because they wouldn’t do it together,, we show up for our cleaning I’ve been waiting for and they won’t do it, it’s too close to the previous surgery. So I’m off work in their parking lot and they won’t help me. Can’t even cancel my membership in the store, and can’t even call until noon to their customers service hotline in California. This place isn’t worth the money.
