Amazing beautiful work on re-crops. They truly have a skilled vet here and fabulous customer service.nI thought the worse after two horrible crops on my two girls but they worked their magic and corrected them to exactly what I wanted the first time! I honestly didn't expect them to come out this good and would have been thankful for a straight line down ear and correct stitch job. I'm just astonished.nThey use the best cup method for the puppies also.nWell worth the 6.5 hour drive one way.

I have been taking my dog to get groomed here for years! They have always done a good job until today’s visit. (I’ve never truly liked their health care for animals after trying them multiple times.) But today I was VERY disappointed with the grooming. They accidentally gashed a whole in my dogs fur and then continues then draws on her with RED sharpie?? Telling me that it will wash off easily, that wasn’t true. I can’t get it off and I still don’t understand the purpose of drawing on her??? We will not be back. I paid $40 for this groom... that wasn’t worth a penny.

Nice triage area for clients, makes bringing your precious little ones to the doctor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They ask to wait outside, they call you and come out and get your pet. Taking care of them during in process and treatment. Then they bring them back out to your car. Very nice gentle vet visit for all involved.

The people and the veterans are so nice and helpful they also are so loving with the animals that come in. The workers treat your pet as it was there own. The vets take up time with you and your animals. They are the only place that I will take my animals. They are really really good if you have a emergency. They saved my dogs life. Thanks to quellwood animal hospital my dog is still living and doing much better. There prices are really good.

Very friendly staff. Did not get impatient with the dozen questions I asked and answered them all for me. They did several follow up calls the day of my kitty's surgery and the following days to make sure she was healing well. I felt they really cared and did a great job!
