Wayside Animal Hospital

My cat Freyja is very afraid of going to the vet, and she always knows when I’m getting ready to take her. Wayside made a house call to give her her rabies shot, and they were amazing! It was quick and she was as comfortable as she’ll ever be.

Took Storm in for her annual visit and Rabies shot. Great team, very prompt and took great care of her. The team is a delight to deal with and made sure all my questions were answered!!

Our puppy Flint has been going here since we brought him home. They are fantastic with him! Love the techs and DRs. When he ate a toy and wasn’t feeling well they were super responsive and even called to check on him. I would highly recommend this practice.

Called with a mother dog with seven puppies I picked up off the side of the road, looked like mom had been hit by a car and I needed to get them seen asap. The receptionist put me on hold for a few minutes then informed me they did not have the time to be bothered.nResponse: I used wayside' for years for my personal dogs and my rescues. The last dog I brought in was a 4 week old puppy who's eye needed removing. Wayside agreed to accept donations for payment. Then turned me over to collections for the bill. I paid it in full to the collection dept.nI have not used them since but in an emergency I thought they would put an animals needs ahead of payment issues years in the past. But they chose to not help an animal in need so I fear a single star was definitely appropriate.nI am a rescue who never puts my own ends ahead of the needs of a wounded animal but some places do apparently.

Been dealing with rescued pits and wayside since about 2013 and never had any issues with any staff and they was always helpful in even giving advice on certain dogs because of the lower cropped ears and the skin color
