Northside Animal Hospital

We have had three of our cats in Northside Animal Hospital's care. The staff are friendly and the docs seem very knowledgeable.nnWe had one cat that had numerous health issues so we were in and out frequently for a while. Dr. Graham was informative and seemed invested in the health of our little one. Each medical issue was slowly examined and the doc made his best judgement each time as to what the next step would be. He explained the purpose of each medicine and answered each of our questions, as silly as they may have been. Unfortunately, this cat suddenly passed away so we ordered a necropsy. Dr. Graham did a great job at comforting us and explaining to us exactly what had happened. For me, that was the point where I was going to determine whether to continue using them for my other pets, but they did NOT let me down. It was clear to me that they did everything they could to comfort and to save our little one. They also helped set up the process of cremation and were respectful the entire time.nnThere are occasions where you can tell the docs are stressed and seem impatient and other times where they have taken a little longer than usual, but all instances have been reasonable and understood. The actually quality of pet care that is done here seems great. I trust my pets in their care and would recommend.

I’ve been a customer of this hospital with my beloved pets since early 1993. Had a short break living out of state and came right back.nI just feel these folks care and really strive to give the best care possible to the pets we all love. I've worked in vet clinics for the last 10 years, so I have extremely high standards on what I expect out of a Vet office and staff. This clinic was quick and compassionate when one of my chickens had an emergency. The vet answered my numerous questions over multiple phone calls, and took the time to call me back on a weekend day. I will recommend them to everyone, and continue on seeing them with my other pets.

My first experience at Northside Animal Hospital was nothing short of amazing. The staff here welcomes you and they are also taking all precautions when it comes to Covid. They were very informative and made sure I knew everything I needed to know as a first time puppy owner. They also made him feel comfortable while getting checked out. All around great place to take your pet too and I’m glad I’ll be working with this vet for all my puppy needs.

NAH has great reviews which is one of the reasons why we brought our puppy there. They also offer the most services in our area from what we could tell. Vet, grooming and kennel services. The technicians and the vets have been great. We had an emergency and they were extremely helpful. They even called to check in on or puppy.
