This office genuinely cares for the animals and the families that bring their pets in. I appreciate the follow up call and the emails to check on my pets. I am transitioning over from the Lake Dow office due to the kindness, attentiveness and professionalism that this office delivers on every visit.
I’ve never used this hospital for services for my own pets but I’ve transported dogs from here and they just aren’t welcoming. The receptionists kind of just sit there staring at you, not very polite either. They look lazy as ever. I don’t think I would never bring my pets here. I’ve been is much nicer animal hospitals, this one is not it for me. And it’s a shame because that’s how you gain customers, but the two or three times I’ve been in there I’ve always felt uncomfortable and like I don’t want to go back. Hire some people who know how to smile at people and make them feel welcome.
I have always had a good experience here. I appreciate the kindness and quick attention extended to my pets and to me whenever I have had a need for them to be seen.
Making the appointment was super easy and I got a next day appointment. we were in and out and my dog's problem was fixed without prescription medication, just over the counter medication. This is my new vet with no plans to change.
Caring vet. I always take my dogs here. Reasonable prices.
