It was my first time here,attending a celebration of life, prior to a funeral service.I have to say ,I was very surprised.The female funeral director was very generic.Kind of straight by the book.No warmth or compassion or personalization with empathy.I was then reassured of my thoughts,when she so rudely started picking up the departed s photo frames even prior to the families departing, towards their loved ones procession.I can still not believe ,the simple disregard for the deceased and loved ones of a cherished military hero......... Unfortunate..........2020?
