I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at East Roswell! They have been wonderful to my two dogs over the years.nnI've been through several things with them and my dogs - Yearly check-ups, IV treatments, dental procedures and several illnesses. The vet techs and veterinarians are all kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have always appreciated that they keep me well informed; I never feel like I'm being left in the dark or am not being given all the information on my pets. I always know that my dogs are being well taken care of when they come here. The front office staff is so nice and are very quick to respond to phone messages when I leave them.nn10/10, 5 stars....they're the best!
We are new to the area, so this was our first visit to East Roswell Vet Hospital, and it was great from start to finish. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. The technicians were wonderful. We loved Dr. Lane! He took time to look through my dog’s records that I brought and made sure I felt comfortable and understood the plan of care for my fur baby. I will absolutely be recommending this clinic to friends in the area!
Dr. Kim and Dr. Lane are true angels. The staff is always so outgoing and friendly. Bella & Russell actually enjoy coming here. You can tell that everyone really has the animal's best interest in mind.
This vet office got my dog Jack in last minute for an urgent matter! They were incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Lane was super thorough and knowledgeable. Office is very clean and new! I’ll definitely be bringing Jack back here in the future. Thank you!
I have a parrot who was having some GI problems and East Roswell was able to see me quickly, which is good cause I was kinda freaking out. They were very easy to talk to for scheduling and happy to listen to my concerns. Lab testing was way cheaper than I expected for a full workup, too!nMasks were worn properly, distancing was observed, and I felt pretty good about their precautions.nDr. Lane took time to talk to me compassionately about my bird's health and it's very clear that he loves the birds he works with. Plus it turns out he and my bird go way back - Dr. Lane hand-raised him 15 years ago! Having an avian vet that doesn't stress out an African Grey is a huge bonus!
