I have been using dr jodie sexton for all my animal needs for over 10 years since she has retired this place has declined majorly. Instead of being like jodie and caring for the animal they only care for the money. I will not be using this vet ever they are just as bad as the others ones in Calhoun to me. I really wish dr sexton was still there she would save an animal and work with the owners on payments if needed. I use to run a rescue with over 20 animals and she was our vet she was amazing. Wish I could say the same about this vet now.
Oh this is a great place to take your dogs super nice staff very knowledgeable and friendly
I have taken three of my cats there as a new client. I know the Covid procedures are in place for the staffs safety, but making us drop/pick up our pets in the hot parking lot and not taking the time to discuss post surgery care is not OK. Never meet any of the doctors. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to what was rated a 5 star vet, but just wasn't the quality care I received. I will not be returning to this facility. I also waited almost a hour to get a simple answer to one of my cats issues. Using Covid as a excuse not to give good customer service and turn a vet clinic into a drive through clinic is just sad.
The only vet i trust with my pets always friendly and treat my dogs like family
