I took one of my cats here for the first time last week for a semi-emergency and it was a great experience! The office staff had excellent customer service and were very knowledgeable. They were able to get me in the next morning which was fantastic. The Doctor I saw was very personable and helpful. The office was clean. The appointment itself I felt was a tad rushed but I still received everything I needed and had all my questions answered so I can't say anything bad! I will be taking my other 2 cats in as well!

I was very impressed with my first visit to this office and with Dr. McDonnell and all of the staff we saw. They were all SO friendly but professional and quick but thorough! I appreciated everything the Dr. explained to me about suggestions for my dogs' care. He pulled up their records from their previous vets office to get to know them better. I originally scheduled for just my one dog to be seen for a medication but brought the other with and he ended up doing an exam on both and helping me with heartworm, tick, and flea prevention. We have moved a few times and had to shop around for vets and had good and bad experiences in the past. This was one of the best experiences we have had. It means so much to find a place we are happy with in a new state! Thanks!

I can't say enough good things about this practice. I've been taking my pets to see Dr. Vince for years. Through normal well visits and the unforeseen, urgent ones - he is always a calm, knowledgeable and reassuring help to our pets and family. I can't imagine going anywhere else! Dr. Vince and the entire team are fantastic.
