We pre-ordered our bridal bouquet two weeks in advance. We requested a simple white rose with greenery arrangement and were extremely disappointed with the delivered product. We payed more than $100 for the flowers and we received roses that were damaged on the outer petals and the bouquet looked nothing like the arrangement we agreed upon. We contacted the owner and expressed our concern but were not offered a resolution and were simply told to pluck the outer petals ourselves. At 4:30pm the day before the wedding they texted and offered to fix the product only 30 minutes before their closing time.nnI do not recommend using this company, luckily we had a family member who completely disassembled our bouquet and made it picture ready.
Suzanne goes above and beyond the call of duty! I live out of town and have sent many arrangements to my mother through her company. We have been thrilled with the quality of the arrangements and professionalism of this team every single time. I would not think of going elsewhere!
The lady that took my order was very nice very easy to deal with the man who delivered the flowers very quickly to my wife the price was reasonable and the flowers are absolutely beautiful very pleasant experience and my wife is very happy so all the way around I come out good will be calling them again

Wonderful selection and extraordinary service!!!!nI went to a flower shop on Valentine’s Day that I always go to and they didn’t have any real flowers. On Valentine’s Day!!nSo I called natures splendor and they helped me right away. The cost was much less then my old flower shop too.nThey have a new customer for life!nThank you soooo much!!!
