Everyone was great. From the beginning to the end they explained everything in great detail.
I visited this place on friday for a visitation for my cousin. The staff was very polite, we was able to talk as loud and we wanted. Plenty of space and we was not rushed. The time was from 4pm-8pm we arrive at 4 and stayed to 8pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I would highly recommend this place.
Meadows Mortuary is really an extremely loving and caring place. From the time they took the phone call of the death to picking up the body. The precision and care for my love one was spectacular. I've made my arrangements and I'll recommend Meadows to anyone.
This is by far the worst company ever. My aunt was cremated with them and the handling of her, along with the communication from the funeral to the family was poor. The staff doesn’t care and you call, and call they don’t return calls. Then when you get someone they are inconsiderate and rude! I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you have a high tolerance for BS!
The customer service was exceptional. They work together as a team, to ensure the process it's drawn out. Caring, friendly and very professional staff. I would recommend my family and friends. Thanks to Ms. Nelson and Ms. Kearse.
