Animal Care Center

Finding a vet can be a tough process, and it has been for us. When we adopted our two kitties, we had an unfortunate experience elsewhere and that's what brought us to Animal Care Center, Dr. Williams and his team. Everyone is always so nice and compassionate each time we visit. Dr. Williams is so kind and friendly and we trust him implicitly with our cats. If you're on the hunt for a family veterinarian, this team is awesome!

I brought in my puppy (with no previous medical records) for his first puppy wellness check. Immediately I knew I could trust them. The Dr. came out to speak with me and explained things in a way I could understand. The prices were affordable and I was allowed to use a new client coupon. The staff was kind and attentive considering the current COVID-19 situation. I had to bring him back (with no appointment) because my fur baby had fleas. He was treated on the spot and we haven’t seen a flea since. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family. I feel good knowing my pet is in good hands at Animal Care Center.

I had read such great reviews of this place and was looking forward to finding a vet nearby. I called in on a Friday and explained that I was a new client, that my cat had an eye discharge, and answered all the Vet Tech's questions. I was able to get an appt the following Thursday. I appreciate their no-contact check-in, but when I went to drop off my cat, and called the office to let them know I was there, they couldn't find my appointment, changed the price that I was quoted to examine my cat and tried to upsell me, while I was standing in the parking lot. After this experience, I just wasn't comfortable leaving my cat there.

Overpriced, cat unfed for 3 days. Took her to an emergency room (CHEAPER) when I got her back and she still died 3 days later. No food, water, pain meds, she came back worse.nnUltrasound fee wasn't disclosed before hand. Price gouging, neglect, and DEATH. Bout 1200 wasted, Princess died 6 days after dropping her off.nnVet screwed up somewhere. But the guy is nice, caring, and one staff member is good. The rest hang up. Don't bring cats, good reviews look to be dog specific.nnShoot your pet before taking them here. I have been very happy and with the professional service and care that Dr. Williams and staff have provided my dog CoCo, especially doing her eye surgery.
