I changed my rating to 5 stars because Claudia and the team went above and beyond to fix a bad experience. This location reahced out to completely fix the problem and I couldn't be more appreciative for the quality and service I received. I will most definitely use this location again! Thanks to the team for your great customer service!!nnI tried calling before my order was delivered and received no answer though I called during regular business hours. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes each time. My order was dropped at the door of the recipient without any acknowledgement if they were home so now the order is ruined as they got home a day later (keep in mind this was a sympathy gift). I will never order from this store again... horrible customer service. I'll see if I can even get thru to someone tomorrow. What a mess!
The workers at the Athens location were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything in my order looked great and my pickup went smoothly. I would highly recommend this location!
