The absolute worst! NEVER buy from here! They like to call their customers liars when they’re not smart enough to locate a simple address
I ordered a $90 arrangement for someone’s family who had passed away. The arrangement did not look worth $90
I wish I could post a photo of the gift basket I ordered online versus the one I was delivered by this florist. It was supposed to be a meat/cheese/cracker basket and I ordered the premium size (largest available to purchase). I was delivered fruit (that was starting to mold might I add), toasty cracker packs, a jar of pizza sauce, single sized green tea all in a Tupperware container with the sticker still on it! I’m glad I delivered it to myself to then gift to a friend instead of this showing up on their doorstep! I would’ve been embarrassed gifting this to someone!!
Horrible experience! I called asking if they had Gladiolus’s available and was told yes. Last time I checked Gladiolus didn’t look like the arrangements they delivered. I called notifying them about the wrong flowers and was told that it was a possible mix up. No regard to fixing the issue, I suggested a refund or at least half of what I paid. She told me to send a picture to the email she provided, which I did with no word back. I paid $95 for an order I didn’t ask for and a small one at that. I still haven’t heard back from them and no answer when I called to follow up.
