San Antonio Animal Hospital

I took my baby/dog in after awakening to him in a terrible state, what I thought to be the verge of death. We rushed him to San Antonio Animal Hospital and the staff was so attentive, they kept us updated on the steps they were taking to diagnose and treat him. They were clear about the cost, too. My baby is usually not very friendly but he was comfortable there, so that says alot. Thankfully my pup made a full recovery, and the doctor even checked up on him after the fact. I want to Thank the entire staff there for being so thorough and caring, you saved my handsome boy❤ I also want to add that the establishment is very clean, not smelly at all. I would recommend anyone to them, Great place!

We had four dogs which were all rescues. They all went to San Antonio Hospital. We have spent thousands of dollars with this hospital. Yesterday my 11 year old English Bulldog became quite ill and was having difficulty breathing. We called San Antonio Animal Hospital and ask if we could b ring her in. Dr. Maddox refused to see her and referred us to an emergency hospital in Tampa. We knew our pet was really struggling to survive and would never make it to Tampa. I find this doctors response cold and uncaring. I found a doctor locally that would see her and the prognosis came back “grave”! We elected to have our sweet girl euthanized. This was traumatic for the entire family, but most of all our precious girl. NEVER will I use this hospital for any animal I own.

We have always had an amazing experience with San Antonio Animal Hospital. Caring, professional, Accurate, and always attentive. Highly recommend for all your loved ones care.

Always a friendly and competent place for our dog. The staff makes things as good as possible.

Very clean and the staff was really nice. Doc spent time going over everything and didn't try and push unnecessary treatment. I'll be going back! Oh and so will my cat
