I love this place (and their sister office Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital). They are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about my cats. They always follow up the day after we come in to make sure everyone is doing okay. The plan is super worth it too! All of your visits, vaccines and even nail trimmings are covered, so it pays for itself. And the plan works for both this office and the Dr. Phillips location. Dr. Qasim is always thorough and generous with his time. Your babies will be well taken care of here!

I took my pupp in with an ear infection , the vet techs and vet were super warm and welcoming. Vet was very knowledgeable he did a thorough exam of my puppy. They called the next day to follow up and see how he was doing after his appointment.NEVER happened before anywhere else, and was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this vet clinic

I never leave reviews ever, but do not go here. I went here by mistake and they took my cat in for X-rays and bloodwork and he was traumatized. On top of that, the service they provided wasn’t super friendly. When they gave my cat back I noticed when I got home he had blood on his chest which they didn’t bother to clean up. They didn’t even walk me out. It felt very rushed and uncomfortable. On top of that, they charge WAY too much. I will never go back there. I was surprised because all the reviews were good, but my experience was different then these reviews and I won’t be going back. Take my advice and don’t go here! :)

We called to get a surgery consultation they told us to come in with our pets and they will schedule us for a surgery when we get there. We said OK we will be there today. We told them that we need surgery as quick as possible, they said it’s unlikely that it will be this week, we asked when? They said soon. We were under the impression that it would be next week sometime. We got to the consultation and they said they are booked until next month.....Total waste of my time, when they could have told me this over the phone.They were also aware that we were driving from 45 minutes away. Very unprofessional, stressed out my animals for no reason. This clinic has no regard for anyone’s time.

Windermere Veterinary Services is a wonderful place to bring your pet for genuine, ethical, responsible, informative, supportive and warm-hearted care. The staff are positive, professional people (all of them!) and they genuinely care about your pet, you as a client, and their business. I'm so pleased with my experience with them over the few years. their pricing is exceptionally fair. They make it a point of making their services appropriately-priced but also accessible for pet owners, as they are aware of the high expense of owning pets (which is our choice, as owners) but also they believe in the integrity of the services and treatment they provide. The staff is always - ALWAYS - polite, friendly, welcoming and professional. They are also respectful and inclusive.
