I am a first time dog owner I rescued a pup in September and brought her to VCA for her first vet visit. I just have to say Dr. B was amazing she was very thorough with daisey she sat on the phone with me for almost 45 minutes answering all my questions. She is so wonderful.
I have been bringing my two cats here for the last 5 years and everybody that works here is amazing. All the doctors are great and I especially love Dr. Angevine. Compared to other vets the costs are much more reasonable. I would definitely recommend this vet to anybody!
Love the staff. They always take great care of my fur baby!
The stuff is the best true animal lovers.they helped me out with my poor dog even though I didn't have any money at the time.they were so understanding and Loving.they made one of the hardest days of my life alittle easier.
I’m fairly new to the brockton area and have taken my dog here before which we had a pretty good experience, last year. When my dog started limping last month I quickly called here hoping to be seen since they were so great to us last year. Of course due to short notice they told me they are booked far out due to covid, (which is definitely understandable) yet offer a few urgent care visits a day and I would just have to call when they open as the slots fill up quickly. Monday, I called at 8:15am and the lady informed me they have booked all urgent care slots. To try again tomorrow at 7:30am as that’s when they turn the phones on. Tuesday at 7:30am I called and the lady said “wow it looks like we are fully booked for the day”nWednesday I attempted to call again and I got no answer. Literally phone kept ringing even after 8am. Just for the hell of it I tried again on Thursday morning and by no surprise I got no answer AGAIN. I suppose they pick and choose who they want to see which is super unprofessional and very disappointing.
