Surely a great company with a great product. In this case, an order was placed online two days in advance. It took two phone conversations on the day of delivery to confirm the order and the approximate time for courier arrival. Delivery made it at approximately 3 pm when the recipient left the house. The beautiful bouquet was outside in humid and hot weather until later on in the evening. Cannot say what it looks like, as the recipient refused to send pictures of flowers. Not expected predicament.nnConsidering all, the delivery should have been earlier and communication more organized. ?/10 for the product, 5/10 for delivery.
Excellent! The flowers were stunning, fresh and beautiful! My mom was so happy with the arrangement and so was I! I hate when I order flowers online and what is delivered looks nothing like what I ordered. My mom sent me a picture and they were beautiful. Customer service was great..; thank you for making mothers day so special for my mom..
Extremely overpriced and impersonal. Totally rigged operation with remote call center. Very profit driven without the personal touch you expect from a florist.
