Think Eastman is a nice doctor, but there’s nothing crazy special about their services. They have a short time period and aren’t excellent. Customer service at the front desk could be a lot friendlier or at least active. And the entrance could be a little more presentable. To be the only vet on the key this could be greatly improved.

I don’t know this vet but a person who blocks a car in the garage because there is no parking and sends somebody to tell you that you have to wait 25 minutes till he ends with his client!! This is a red flag!! I told this person that I had a doctors appointment and it was urgent I was waiting for this appointment 2 months ago !!! He could not care less he kept me waiting I lost my doctors appointment it was terrible experience! No empathy at all I love pets for nothing in the world I would take my dog to this man!

Dr Eastman saved my dog. My little girl must have gotten into something while playing outside because she began breathing heavy, salivating and then she had a seizure. We ran into Island Veterinary Hospital crying and hysterically told the woman who greeted us what had happened. Dr Eastman immediately responded. He began treating Bella while we were present, instead of taking her to another room, asked us questions and explained everything he was doing. They put her on fluids and were so patient and accommodating as we sat next to her, even though I know we were in their way. Bella spent a short time away from us as she was being treated, but is now home and back to her normal, happy self. I will never be able to thank Dr Eastman and his staff enough. Their care and compassion will not be forgotten

This vet really cares. I could easily tell by the way he handled my dogs, and the way he went over everything with me in detail. He doesn’t try to push every single test & medications immediately. He’s more the conservative type & takes the tests a few steps at a time.nAnd his office is very low-key and non stressful for me & my doggies
