Very disappointing. I called and ordered an arrangement that was on their website, but what was delivered to my cousin's funeral bore little resemblance. The arrangement I ordered, called Treasured and Beloved, had miniature roses, and delphinium, and touches of blue, my cousin's favorite color. The actual piece had mums and was mainly white. The arrangement I ordered was asymmetrical, a feature I told the woman, Jessica, I liked. The delivered arrangement was symmetrical. The arrangement I ordered had ivy and silver leaf. The one delivered had tropical leaves. For $134 the arrangement was nothing special. It was average, as if they just wanted to get it out the door. Oh, and I asked for and was promised a picture, but that didn't come until I called after the funeral and asked. Their excuse, well, Valentine's Day is coming. That should not mean that funerals or weddings get shortchanged. If you want a florist that cares, go elsewhere.

When a beloved family member passes away, the last thing anyone wants to deal with is going to a viewing and not seeing any flowers on the casket of the one that many mourn. Unfortunately this company not only failed to provide the flower arrangements we had paid for in full but caused many in my family including myself to be emotionally distraught and in a state of distress. Even after confirming multiple times and having the receipt to prove it, Occasions of Naples did not coordinate with the funeral home and did not have the correct date we wished for when making the arrangements. They schedule late and because of their failure and not being open the actual day of the viewing, the company could not address this problem and my family and I at personal costs had to in a desperate manner, attempt to resolve the problem by buying dozens and dozens of flowers from local stores. This is the last thing anyone in any occasion, but especially at the lost of a family member should have to deal with. Ironic that occasions of Naples did not fulfill its duty to the occasion of the going home viewing and burial of our loved one. For this reason I highly recommend going with another vendor and wish this devastating event never happens because it is truly disrespectful.

I ordered a centerpiece through Teleflora for a friend in Bonita Springs. When she received the centerpiece she quickly took a photo and text it to me. She said it was beautiful and the delivery person was so excited to deliver it to her. He was one of the nicest floral delivery person she has ever met. You often wonder if the photo of Teleflora will match to the real item - this was exceptional. I am visiting her now and can say - without a doubt - this is wonderful. Thank you again and Merry Christmas
