Bonita Blooms Flower Shop

I would have given them a zero star for the experience was awful. My Dad received an arrangement that DID NOT qualify as what I ordered. I ordered a pastel petal arrangement worth $70.00. What I got was a vase full of carnations, and three white roses. Pathetic!! It was an out of state order, which I utilized a very reputable shop locally to coordinate. When my Dad sent me a text thanking me for the flowers and a picture, but didn't say anything else. I immediately reached out to Bonita Blooms who made the arrangement and delivered. Barbie the OWNER gave me every excuse for the arrangement. Stating the company I ordered through told her to make an arrangement a 1/4 of what I paid, I spoke to them and they said that was an out right LIE. She went on to explain they did a designer's choice and those were the flowers available. She also blamed my late order, which was put in 48 hrs before delivery. She also blamed the fact it was a holiday. Then she had the nerve to say they closed in 15 minutes, which puts it at 3:00 pm close time on a Wednesday. She referred me back to the place who contacted her and never once took responsibility. She was full of excuses, she never once said what can I do to make it rights. I demanded a replacement be sent out and she said, I close in 15 minutes and will be closed for the next four days. No apology whatsoever. This is a deplorable excuse for a business, business owner, flower shop and customer service. I think Barbie needs to get a lesson in how to be a good business owner, She has TERRIBLE REVIEWS FOR A REASON!!!! Buyer Beware, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A FLOWER SHOP. I WOULD NEVER SPEND ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY ON HER STORE! I could have gone to the local grocery store and grabbed a similar arrangement for $15.00. She should be ashamed of herself for letting this go out the door and ashamed of running a business so poorly.

I ordered an arrangement for my mother for Easter. I called and was charged $125 after all was said and done. Some of the flowers didn’t even open up and then died within a few days (which I get happens but not within 2-3 days) when I called because the roses didn’t open, I was given the excuse that it’s just what happens because of where the flowers were bought from. The person I spoke with was very rude and didn’t care about my business. I will gladly pay more from now on just to not deal with this business.

You have to mention that you’re closed, I have to drive 20 min to find out that you are CLOSED

I received a beautiful bouquet of roses from this floral shop. The arrangement was most unique and set with beautiful greenery. The roses also lasted for a very long time. These were the most lovely roses I have ever received—thank you!

My wife and my family up north have ordered from flowers for our mother in Naples from Bonita Blooms for years and have never been disappointed. This year, due to Covid “stuff”, I did the ordering instead of my wife. I ordered the Designers Special and included the Mother’s Day card and message. Pretty good for an old retired guy. Not so quick. I also entered the wrong delivery date and placed the online order. Some time later I looked at the confirmation and realized my mistake. It was the Friday before Mother’s Day. I called the shop. They were amazing and told me not to worry and that they would not let me down. They didn’t and my mom when in and on describing what flowers were in the arrangement and how beautiful it is
