I called a few days ahead from out of state to order a bouquet for my grandma’s birthday and the woman on the phone was incredibly friendly, asked what I wanted in the bouquet (mixed flowers, not too many roses) and took down a note for my grandma in Russian, which was really cool and appreciated! They delivered the bouquet in the early afternoon and called me immediately to let me know no one had answered the door and asked if they could leave it at the door, to which I said yes. I called my grandma and subtly asked where she was and she was only 5 minutes away from home. I got to hear her walk up to her front door and find the flowers, so that was absolutely lovely. I’d definitely order another bouquet from this shop and I absolutely loved the stunning bouquet, as did my grandma. Thank you!

I received the most beautiful arrangement of roses for our anniversary from my husband. Absolutely amazing colors. Personalized card with a surprise of confetti inside. Although there was an error with our order, once I brought it to their attention, HQD Florist was prompt in addressing the problem. Within 24 hours my mom had a beautiful arrangement delivered to her home for Mother's Day. We are out of state, we were glad to have found a local business to support and my mom loved the topiary. It was gorgeous.
I have received the freshest flowers on my birthday, great arrangement, personal touch with confetti that popped out of the card (it was a WOW moment) and handwriting, so cute! I highly recommend HQD Florist
