My first time calling this place and was absolutely horrified by the customer service. My boss wanted me to call to simply to know the colors and price for 40 cm & 60 cm roses. A girl answered transferred me to the Davie location, and their mailbox is full. I called back and I finally got someone on the line for her to be rude, place me on hold without me finishing my sentence, didn't know what colors were in stock, the last time she put me on hold, I believe she just hung up, I wish she didn't I would've wanted to know her name to contact the owner. I must have called about 4 times, until Tammy answered and was helpful. I tried to squeeze all my questions as quickly as I could for fear of being either hung up on or transferred and never getting through the line for the Davie Location.nnIt's very disappointing to see rude customer service especially in midst of a pandemic where TONS of people have lost their jobs. People should be more grateful to the opportunity presented to them. I feel sorry for the young girl who worked there, she shouldn't work in any customer service related field.nnUnfortunately, I do have to call back and place the order with this company for my boss, but personally I will never order from them.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Karangely... she was the sweetest and most patient with us! I’d always come back just for her customer service and willingness to help and educate.

I always have high hopes for this place, but I’m always a little disappointed. The cut flowers to buy in bunches are always a little limp and crushed. The leaves always a little brown. The last few times I’ve been there there hasn’t been a huge variety and many of the heads have fallen off some of the stems by the time I get them home. Please improve the quality of the flowers as it could be an amazing place to shop!

Very happy with their customer service. I received an orchid arrangement for my birthday, a week later the flowers started to die, even the flower buds. My husband sent them an email with pictures of the flowers and they responded right away and sent me a new orchid arrangement.nI’m a happy girl :) thank you Field of flowers!

Staff were very Helpful and attentive; two young ladies were even patient with customers that were being a bit difficult... I think one of their names were Karangely... I may be wrong but kudos to her and her coworker ud83dude0a
