Dr. Smith came in on Sunday to put down my sister's dog that he had cared for for over 18 years. Was so kind and gentle with the dog. He helped bring her in to this world and he helped her leave. He made a hard situation easier. Thank you Dr. Smith for taking care of Rocky Sr. yesterday.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean. I bring my exotic birds there to Dr. Bailey when she's there.

I took 2 formerly feral kitties in for shots, microchipping, etc. Of course, the kitties were terrified, but the staff was so patient, kind, and gentle, they melted the kitties' fear away. I was just deeply impressed as I've rarely seen such compassion in Veterinarians and I've seen quite a few. I just wish they were just a tad more affordable.

I'm not in a position to spend money unnecessarily. There are less expensive vets in the area with good reputations, and my experiences with all of them have been decidedly good--I walk dogs as well as have cats and dogs at home, and have dealt with several local vets connected with clients--but this one... it's more expensive. Definitely. But it's also THE vet that goes the extra mile. I know in my heart that the employees truly care about what they do, and genuinely adore my fuzz children. They pay attention to details, they have separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs, and invest in soothing pheromones for each species: tried em yourself? They work nicely. They're a qualified and registered Fear Free clinic. They do exotics like reptiles, amphibians, rodents, sugar gliders etc. They're worth spending extra, and even with a limited budget I do. Super clean, staff is incredible all around, and the reception staff bring their pets to work with them, which is delightful. I recommend them enthusiastically, your babies are worth a little bit more.

When looking for a place for our sweet girl to get some safe play time with other dogs during the pandemic, we loved the idea of having a one-stop shop for day camp, grooming, and veterinary care. Our pup gets so excited when we pull up outside the door that I have to roll the windows up more so she won't jump out! It's really convenient to have her vet care team right there and in contact with the day camp coordinators and groomers. Recently, she was experiencing some ear trouble and I was able to drop her off for a grooming appointment, and the groomer had her checked out by the vet and prescribed some medication for an ear infection. Then she got to go play with her buddies until I was able to come pick her up later that day. The day camp team also sends pictures and videos of her playing throughout the day and it is the absolute BEST to see her so happy, comfortable, and loving life. Highly recommend!
