The entire staff was great. Dr. Sloan was very thorough and took a lot of time with my dog and discussed the entire exam by phone. Because of the virus I was not allowed to go in but they have check-in very easy to do. First time here so I was very pleased.
I have been going to Belle Haven since it was founded -- probably about 25 years ago! It's an outstanding centre. It is not cheap but you get full value for the fabulous service. And, how can we put a price on the health of our best companions?
This was my regular vet when I lived closer. When my current vet failed yet again to fit me in for an urgent care appointment, Belle Haven came to the rescue (as it always does). I'm so grateful that they were able to fit me in for what turned out to be am urgent issue (I was debating whether to wait for an appointment at my regular place to open up and I'm so glad I didn't wait). Great vets and staff, and I always love the little garden around the building.
Dr Kamei cares for my dog who is 13-14 years old. (He's a rescue.) She makes herself accessible to me, she finds ways to keep our medical expenses as low as possible and she is very caring. I could not have a better vet for my dog and I am so grateful.
The staff are very caring and do a great job. They have strict COVID precautions in place but make a real effort to give personal service. I recommend them highly!
