Caring Hands Animal Hospital

This vet is always so helpful. I really appreciate never feeling pressured into services I'm not ready for. My cat loves this place...really! The staff has always been so friendly and go above and beyond offering help. The doctors are great, too. We especially love Dr. Wells. She calls us as needed to discuss our kitty's asthma. Even they are interested in helping us save money. Highly recommend.

The vets and staff here are amazing. Everyone who answers the phone is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable enough to provide basic advice for problems, and they're very helpful with scheduling. Every vet we've seen has been amazing and all seem to have a ton of experience treating animals and talking to pet parents. We love this place.

Great care, quick response. Had a dog bite and needed to be seen quickly but usually go to another location. Transferring records was no issue and doctor even called before shaving the area in my dog!! Great staff, very kind. I love Caring Hands.

I usually do not have a problem with this hospital, the veterinarians are great. I understand that the country is dealing with a pandemic. That is no excuse for the front staff (4 individuals) to act as if they do not see someone at the door that is locked. The courteous and professional way to deal with that is to simply acknowledge the person and gesture for them to call, NOT to ignore them. While being ignored, I decided to call and during the call I was asked to provide my credit card info for my furry baby's prescription while standing outside surrounded by people some of which looked a little down on their luck. SMH. Maybe this was a bad day. Still rude, nonetheless.
