We cannot say enough good things about Banfield Pet Hospital. Our animals love being boarded there where they are loved and well taken care of. The Vets and Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Today I was there with my cat pasha. I plan to fly overseas and needed a couple of documents and a rabies vaccine. I had so many questions and got immediate help. The staff and the doctor were very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Staff. They take really good care of your 4 legged family members! Highly recommend them. Convenient location inside Petsmart.

Making an appt was easy, staff were all friendly! I’m disappointed in the lack of quality time actually spent with my dog for his first appointment.nnIf you’re looking for mainstream, fast, vet service this is for you. They said my dog had “limited training” but they not once asked me any details about him as his new owner. I’ve had him for one month and he was in a poor living situation before and doesn’t do well with restraints. I wish they had taken more time to get to know me and my pet before holding him down, naming him to have ill behavior and then telling me to give him Tramadol next time. Can’t say this is a good option for a nervous dog who needs some additional time to build rapport.nnIt’s very obvious a business like this values quantity over quality. Same as human healthcare, shocking.nnLastly I know we aren’t allowed in due to a pandemic, however there are safety measures recommended that can allow face to face communication with vets and owners. I have a difficult time believing that completely not allowing people in with their animals is the only way. For a mainstream business I’d expect more accommodations. As a healthcare worker I know there are more options that are safe and can promote better experiences.

We took our Puppy, Truth to the vet today due to some emergent behavior. However, what disappointed me was the service. I felt like they were selling us and charging us for medications that by their test we seem to not need. They tested our dog, said that everything came back normal yet charged us for two medications. We have typically gone to a different location, one which chose to use the pills for diarrhea whereas they chose to do some type of procedure although all exams said things were normal. What was worst, our baby boy came home with a cut on his lip that no one addressed. Never again will we bring him back. I am so not used to this treatment from a Banfield Hospital
