I thought Jere was very great to deal with. I dealt with him for my mother and father and he made the transition from start to finish very smooth. I would recommend Jere. He answered all my questions.
Absolutely the RUDEST funeral services EVER!!!!!!! I called to just simply tell them flowers would be delivered to them for the family of my best friend's mother, and the guy who answered the phone totally unloaded on me! He wouldn't let me get a word on edgewise!!! I'll remember NEVER to give them any recommendations! To the man who spoke to me: Where did you learn Compassion 101? You need to rethink how you speak to people! The woman I was sending those flowers to (meaning her family) was like MY MOTHER!!! HOW DARE YOU speak to me like that?!? Sorry you're overwhelmed, but that's not my problem!!!
