What sweet, sincere, professional, talented, amazing people!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother's birthday (she's in Hawaii, I am in Colorado) and they made the most beautiful bouquet of native flowers and plants. The customer service experience made the ordeal incredibly easy and stress-free. What an amazing business!

My daughter sent me a Valentine bouquet created by Island Orchid; they were the saddest flowers I have ever seen in my life - most of them were drooping by the next day and the whole thing stank and I threw it away shortly thereafter.nnGreat News! Mike called and we chatted and he dropped by today a large bouquet of tropical flowers that are breathtaking! Maybe it was the Valentine overload - last year on my birthday Mike delivered me another gorgeous offering of tropical flowers - I even planted some in my garden.nnI apologize for waiting so long to report this; I have lots of bad things going on in my life right now and I am challenged in handling things. I SO APPRECIATE Island Orchid brightening my day. Mahalo!!!!

So disappointed. Today was the second time I've called to order an arrangement and was told they don't have time. I get it if a business is busy, but to me, the man on the other end of the phone was rude. He did not even ask if I could select another delivery date. Instead, he just hung up. They just lost someone who would have been an excellent repeat customer. Moving on.

Mike was very helpful and a pleasure to order from. I called for same day delivery, although he was swamped he was able to make it happen. The flowers were beautiful, bright and fresh from Waimea. My mom loved the bouquet. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service!
