My mother in law had been in the hospital recently. I wanted something to brighten her day now that she was home. I called a few florists, but I didn’t want a fresh arrangement. I wanted a plant she could have on her patio or shaded porch. The designers at lily of the valley were the only ones who actually wanted to meet my needs. The designer had some succulents coming in that day, and made the cutest spring fairy garden for her. She even sent me pictures for my approval. Love them at lily of the valley and their dedication to pleading their customers! (I wish I could figure how to upload a picture on this forum to show you all how cute the potted fairy garden is.)

I ordered a planter arrangement for my daughter and her partner. The florist didn't have the exact plants that were shown in the picture. Instead of just putting something else together and sending it out for delivery, they wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the arrangement. So, they not only called me to explain the situation, they sent me pictures of the new arrangement for my approval. I appreciate the courtesy given to me and will definitely use this florist again.

Update - Ordered flowers for my Anniversary and they went the extra mile to ensure this time was special. They upgraded the arrangement at no cost AND applied the discount from last time. They had it delivered in under two hours from the time I ordered it. If that's not world class customer service, I don't know what is.nnOriginal Review - Ordered flowers for morning delivery but they did not get delivered till 7:30pm. Apparently they got overwhelmed. Gave me a large discount off next order. Communication should have happened earlier in the day but things don't always go to plan. I'll give them another shot.

Amazing!!! My mom ordered me flowers last minute for my birthday with specific flower requests from California and they arrived so beautifully arranged. The shop was super easy for mom to work with via phone and delivery service was so prompt and the young girl who delivered seemed just as excited for my birthday as my mom was!

This place is worst. The owner flipped out and chucked a vase and flowers across the shop because her elderly delivery driver with Parkinson's dropped a vase. If I could rate lower I would. Don't support this business they have no core values and just want you rip you off with a overpriced boutique collection of junk. Put these people out of business, rotten spineless owners. They told me to leave after defending the poor man and telling her to change the way she treats her employees.
