Recived a center piece as a gift from out of town friends. My wife recived it and was told by the delivery driver it had damage & would be replaced the next day. This was without any comments from us. The damage had to be pointed out to me, I did not notice it. The replacement was delivered as stated.nA company commitment to customer is tested when something in wrong. Watson Flower Shops made the product correct and delivered promptly. I'm impressed.
