Excellent customer service! I ordered from across the country (actually, from Canada) for my parents in AZ. When an issue arose with one of the plants in the arrangement, my mom called to ask how to care for it and they sent out a new plant and then fixed up the first one! More than we could haved asked for. Fast service and even a kind note to let them know where the replacement was left - covering all bases so it wasn't left unnoticed. Wonderful!
When you live across the country from Arizona (S.E. Pennsylvania) it's hard to know which florists are real brick and mortar stores and which ones are 1-800 services who aren't in the area.nA few weeks ago, when my sister and her husband moved to a new house in Gold Canyon, I had initially called a florist in nearby Apache Junction, telling them about my color preferences for natural desert hues.nThey apologized and said because of CoViD inventories, their suppliers were only sending seasonal reds and whites, but very kindly recommended Razzle Dazzle Flowers in Mesa.nThe vase of Free Spirit Roses with greens was perfection.nJust the color of the desert sunset out their window.nAnd without my asking, they included some yummy chocolates too.nThank you.
I found Razzle Dazzle via Google. I called for a same day delivery order and they were happy to accommodate! I asked them to make something up for a birthday and they came up with a beautiful arrangement! On top of that, their driver rings the bell and calls the recipient to ensure they get their delivery but still in a socially distant manner. I would absolutely call them again!
