This IS the shop that you want!!!nnWe were looking to have some flowers delivered to my mom from her grandsons as a celebration of her birthday. The past year had been ‘hard’ to say the least so, we wanted something really special. We live in NY and couldn’t be there this year. I did my ‘homework’ online & in the end I found Frida’s. I’m SO glad I did! This is the florist that you want and this is who you want to do business with. The customer service is impeccable, the attention to detail is amazing & the arrangement...my mother said that it was the “most beautiful” that she had ever received! I can’t thank you enough for what you did, you went above & beyond!!!

I am all for supporting small businesses but what I am not a fan of is when they try to take advantage of you. I went in for the sole purpose of buying some roses for my daughter. However, me being a Spanish speaker and them not knowing They were debating what price to give me in Spanish. They talked about 12 dollars and raised it up to 25 for a regular size rose and two small roses. After I searched their website I saw that they have it offered for 21 with a heart shaped box included. So what? Does that mean because someone looks like they don’t speak Spanish you can overcharge them. It was very unprofessional. If you decide to buy from them make sure you know the prices before so they don’t change it up on you.

From the moment I was greeted on the phone until we said goodbye my experience with Edda at Fridas Studio was amazing. Edda's customer service was over the top. Edda made it a point to inquire not only about the occasion for the flowers but also asked about the recipients likes and taste so she could petsonalize the arrangement. Even though I was calling across country Edda made me feel as if we were chatting over a cup of coffee. To make it even more special she sent a short video of the finished product for me to see. Edda is not only personable and friendly but her artistic talent is so creative. Thank you Edda for making my sister's special occasion even more awesome by your gorgeous arrangement. Your caring spirit shows how much you enjoy creating beauty for others.
