Super disappointed. My husband spent $80 dollars to have an arrangement shipped to me on my birthday. First, it arrived late. Annoying, but willing to look past. BUT, after opening it I saw that it was completely mangled. Did not look appetizing at all. Quite a lot of money to spend on 12 pieces of soggy, mangled fruit.
You would think small businesses such as this would make an effort to value customers. But convenience, particularly home delivery, is one sided - it is what is best for them, unwilling to accommodate the working hours of people like hospital essential workers. They can't keep track of who talked to whom about agreed upon instructions. Customer service is combative, instead of diffusing a situation they make it worse. Not the place to pleasantly surprise your loved ones. Avoid the headaches and get overpriced treats somewhere else.

On line ordering was quick and easy. Great Arrangement. Looked exactly like the picture. Staff was courteous and very helpful. I will order from this location again.
Pretty disappointed. Today is my anniversary and I ordered the customized box with apples, strawberries, and pineapple.nTwo out of the three pineapple pieces were almost entirely core and mostly inedible. The strawberries were mushy. I paid $50 for this!!nWill not be purchasing from here again
