Wenr today out of blue nice place smells great when you go in. Bought a few plants.

I have never had issues with Campbell's until now. They have always gone the extra mile. For instance I placed an online order that showed a delivery date of the following day. I made a special request to have my order delivered the same day and Zach was able to accommodate me. I give them 5 Stars for customer service. My issue is with the quality of the product I ordered. I paid for a Premium Arrangement and was given the exact opposite. Please refer to the attached photos. One picture is from their website and the other is what I received. Can you tell which is which? I noticed other reviews that report the same issue. Use my experience as a warning and call them to confirm your order will be as you expect before they deliver it.
The plants cost a bit more than the big retailers, however the service and quality of the plants makes it 100% worth it. The ladies that helped me were so kind and personable. My new nursery!
I called at the EOD on a Monday they were able to get a delivery out the very next day! They were so kind and when the flowers I was hoping for were out of stock they kindly recommended a different arrangement. It was delivered before noon and they were gorgeous!
