I ordered the Deal of The Day flowers for my Aunt's birthday who lives in Hesperia. I wasn't sure what arrangement I would be getting so I called before I placed the online order. The person that answered the phone was very polite and when I told him that I needed something special, he said he would take care of everything for me. Well he didn't disapoint me. The flowers were beautiful and my Aunt absolutely loved them. I also added a box of chocolates and those looked amazing as well.
Honestly if I could I could put NEGATIVE STARS i would, I'm so upset with this arrangement. I live out of state and although the service was great they definitely didn't come through with the product. She walked me through what flowers will be used and even gave me a visual through their website. What got delivered looked NOTHING like what she had suggested. Super upset, I wanna cry
Regarding Order#: 778 Ocean Breeze Spray on a StandnFlowers were to be delivered around 9:00am on Sat, March 27, 2021, for a friend that passed away @Victor Valley Mortuary. Instead, the arrangement was delivered late on Fri, March 26. By 11:00am the next morning, half the arrangement was wilted and brown. We spent over $220. SO sad to have seen this.
Paid well over twice the price of what I would somewhere else. Simple set, just entirely overcharged. Should have walked out, but needed the flowers.
