I'm rewriting my original post which only gave two stars I have had many successful deliveries and orders they are always accommodating to my needs and price range always know I am in good hands with them
The floral arrangement was above and beyond what I expected. I chose Hillside florist because I was looking for more then a rose. Granted a rose is a rose... roses in an arrangement are guaranteed to be beautiful. To make an artistic gorgeous arrangement with other flowers is talent. Hillside nailed it. The birthday girl Christy, was equally impressed. I don’t live in SLC but she does. She knew of Hillside and owner Jerry Rose and was thrilled to get flowers from them. They were excellent communicators. I highly recommend them. Don’t tell Christy, but she will get flowers from them again.
Amanda & Nikki who work for you are amazing.
When I made my order, Nikki noticed I'd ordered a stuffed animal with the order and as it was for a sympathy boquet she called to make sure I knew you had only children style animals but also offered Willow statues so I asked her to select one she would like to receive.
When Amanda was set to deliver flowers on Saturday to my friends who lost their father and as she saw the weather was too hot to deliver, she contacted me and went out of her way to deliver them on Sunday when they were home instead.
The recipients were so pleased with the order they said they were the prettiest flowers they'd ever seen and wept at the Willow statue selected for their order.
I will recommend Hillside floral to anyone looking for flowers and if possible, I think both Nikki and Amanda need a big raise.

Sometimes you don’t know how an arrangement looks when delivered, is it as beautiful as you hoped it would be or was it delivered less quality for a high price?
A close friend from California ordered two beautiful bouquets to be sent to my Mom and Dad and one to me, with carng thoughts at the sudden and unexpected loss of my youngest Brother. The bouquets were delivered expeditiously, fresh and absolutely gorgeous.

Jerry, Amanda, and their team went above and beyond my expectations for my wedding floral needs. With covid-19 preventing us from having an in-store flower consultation, Jerry & Amanda did everything in their power to communicate with me by phone & email to ensure that my expectations met their capabilities and vice versa.
With few specifications on my part, I figured the flowers would be something that looked "pretty nice." But on the day that my in-laws picked up our order, I was stunned by how stunningly gorgeous everything looked -- including a bouquet, two table centerpieces, several corsages, and a piece for a pergola.
It was clearly evident that the Hillside Floral crew is serious about their craft. There's not one detail that went unnoticed. They're now my preferred hometown florist and I would recommend them to anyone. Plus, their personal interactions are met with warmth, kindness, and joyful humor.
