Thank you, Superior Monument, for the professionalism and expertise that was shown us while we created our son's marker! We are so grateful for the compassion and patience you showed us while we wrestled with creating what we felt was the perfect memorial for our boy. We always felt comfortable and welcome when we visited the office or called. I am sure that we were difficult to work with, at the time, because we were grieving parents, but Carissa was always understanding and helpful. The finished product is amazing!!! Five stars! This company was absolutely wonderful to work with. We ordered our headstone for our daughter through a different company and it was kind of a nightmare. But eventually it was finished and I called superior monument to see if they could set the stone for me at the cemetery. After two years of dealing with this other company Superior Monument was a blessing! They had the stone set within two weeks, they were very reasonably priced, professional, kind , just everything you need after you have lost a loved one. I highly recommend them.

This company is simply the best. We went with them after we had a very bad experience with a different monument company and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The had amazing customer service, great prices and our headstone is absolutely fantastic. You will not regret going with Superior Monument.

Great customer service! They really understand and are sensitive to the difficulties that families face in selecting a headstone and made the process as painless as possible. We received first rate assistance from April in customizing the headstone and even the owner, Carrisa, went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything. We were in a time crunch to set the stone before winter and they delivered. We highly recommend them.
