I brought my two cats in today for a long overdue exam. They were polite and professional from setting up the appointment right through pick up and drop off. They are very reasonable in their prices and prompt in their service. I definitely recommend Hoffman!
Phone staff is very abrasive. I called regarding a concern with my pet when they are chocolate and staff was rude and kept cutting me off mid sentence. Also, while my dog was inside getting treated by the doctor, the secretary called and yelled at me to come get my dog. Love the vet and his techs but I have had a negative phone experience all 3x I have called Hoffman.
Hoffman is hands down the best vet in Providence. I wouldn't bring my dog Brie anywhere else. Dr. B, Tia and Sam all care for my pup as if she were their own. They are talented, responsive, kind, and their pricing is fair. They focus on my pet's current situation as well as her long term health. Go to Hoffman and you'll never need another vet!
Straight forward, honest, caring, cost effective. I've been to fancier animal hospital/vets before, with online profiles and all the whistles and it was lovely (also expensive) - but real, considerate care for both the furbaby and their human family is much harder to find. Very pleased to have stumbled upon Hoffman Animal Hospital!
