I recently brought my pup to Nashua Pet Care Clinic for her first visit there. From start to finish, I was really impressed with the staff. Everyone was professional, while still making it clear that they cared about my dog and any of my questions or concerns. As an anxious first-time dog owner, I always have a lot of questions. Dr. Clancy took the time to answer each one and even wrote down additional notes for me. I've only been to Nashua Pet Care Clinic once, and that was enough for me to fully switch over my dog's care from her previous veterinarian of several years. On the practical side, the website makes it easy to schedule appointments, the parking lot has plenty of spots, and the prices were reasonable.
I've been taking my dog here for two years. Dr. Shank and Dr. Nick are the best. The staff is great two. I've been very happy with the whole staff and have recommended them several times.
Protocol for checking cat in was not explained to me when booked new visit. But, subsequent meeting with vet went very well and will be taking my other cat soon.
A++++ Everytime I go, my dog is well taken care, and always greeted with a smile. This Vet has gone above and beyond for my pets and I cannot thank them enough. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr. Shank is such a patient and caring person, as well as the entire staff. Truly a great and caring facility. I will recommened them to anyone who is looking for a Vet that truly cares for animals.
My mom and I have been bringing our pet rats and two dogs here for years. They are the only place I have found that has true understanding and compassion. They actually want to help and they dont charge outrageous fees like some others. I have an aggressive dog, and Dr. Shank is the first vet my dog doesnt doesnt go after.nI will never bring my animals any where else.
