I can't express enough how incredible the staff was for our family when my daughter's hamster suddenly became sick and immobile. They were not accepting new clients, but they took us for the emergency anyway. They called to check in our sweet girl, tried everything they could to save her, and treated us with such beautiful sensitivity. I highly recommend and will be forever thankful.

We have used Eastview as a veterinarian for a while. We loved there emergency services and their care for our pets up until a couple of months ago. Today we brought our dog in for a couple different reasons that required a veterinarians assistance. Dr. Fahnestock took a look at her. I guess I wouldn’t even call it that, he spent MAX five minutes with her and the only thing he said was she was overweight and that was causing ALL of her issues. I asked them to look at her ears as they have been red and he said they were fine.... they aren’t, there is a huge red mark on the inside of her right ear. YOU CANNOT DO A THOROUGH CHECK ON A DOG IN A FIVE MINUTES. PERIOD! Unfortunately, I feel that Eastview has slowly started to go downhill, my issue is not with all of the vets at Eastview. Dr. Payne seems to be quite thorough. I feel during a pandemic they need to do more to ease people’s worries. The veterinarians themselves need to start picking up the phone and speaking to pet parents instead of sending out someone to collect payment or someone that wasn’t even in the appointment with the veterinarian.

After losing my pet due to negligence on the part of Eastview, I posted my concerns on the Naples NY community page. The number of people that had a bad experience with them was very high. Be aware, they are not able to care for your pet in emergency situations. I asked them to do tests and believed they were. They said they would observe her overnight. They are dishonest about what they are able to do. They administered 1 l of fluids. They didn't run any tests. There was no one there to observe her overnight.nYour beloved pets are just animals to them.nIt has been almost a year since I lost my dog at this practice. Was just checking reviews, hoping not to find anyone who had had the same experience I had. Funny thing is I just noticed how this vet responds to anyone who had a good experience, not to anyone that had a bad experience. To me that speaks volumes.

This is by far the best Vet Clinic I have been to.nThey are super professional and especially during this Covid time, they make it very easy to take care of your pet in a safe manner.nMasks are always worn which I greatly appreciate. They seem to really care about your animal. I recently found a little kitty (7 weeks old) on our property, which was severely dehydrated. I took him to Eastview. They gave him an IV. The kitty(Sunny) decided to adopt me, is now 4 months old and very healthy..thanks to the care of their awesome Vets and staff. Highly recommend them.
