We had to travel from Burlington VT because our hospital wasn't taking any surgery referrals. Lindsey was amazingly kind, upbeat and thorough. I felt very comfortable leaving him at Rood & Riddle. I just wish they were closer!
11:00 at night our local vet texted Lindsey that we were headed to see them with a 1750lbs colicing clyde.nComing from Bristol, Vermont I can say with confidence they were more than worth the two hour drive over night. Even during these crazy covid days they had a staff of about eight ready as we unloaded Zeke and were ultrasounding and tubing him and setting in a IV by 5 mins of us arriving.nI was never pressured about upfront payments and they made it very clear Zeke was their first priority our card/cash was not.nThey saved our boys life and made my first experience with a hospital/clinic so pleasant that (although I hope I never need to) I won’t hesitate to race to them for any emergency.
