I've just started using this Veterinarian in July - I would highly recommend the staff and Doctor Shields has been awsome -she listens to what I had to say and didn't ry to talk me into anything like some other places...I am very please
Incredibly disappointed in the care and support we received recently. We have been bringing our pets, all six of them, to Medfield Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years. Our 11 year old Springer spaniel tore his CCL and Tufts is recommending surgery. When I called Medfield Vet to speak with a doctor for a second opinion I was rudely told by the receptionist to just do what Tufts recommends. I think it’s time to find a new clinic who understands how important our fur babies are to us.
With COVID 19 things have been running behind but our Tech Kelly and Dr. Summerhayes Greenfield were wonderful! They both spent time to go over our concerns and review their findings. We feel that they really care for out dogs:-)
They have wonderful customer service and take great care of animals.
The doctors here are compassionate and caring. Dr. Summer-Hayes took the time my friend needed to help make a decision. Although it was a hard decision, she felt supported and Dr. S-H was awesome.
