The best florist in the Albany area. I called for a last-minute bouquet of flowers for my mom’s birthday, and they were happy to help. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and the most beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers. I highly recommend Enchanted Florist!
If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. I needed a last minute bouquet on a Friday of a Holiday weekend and boy did they deliver! I was blown away at how beautiful the flowers and presentation were. I absolutely recommend this business and their excellent customer service.
I contacted The Enchanted Florist for a surprise arrangement and they delivered next day. I was not very specific about how the arrangement should look so the florist had creative freedom. The did a fantastic job! My loved one thought the flowers were beautiful. You team was great, especially, Louis he was very helpful, responsive, patient, and diligent. Thank you I’ll be a repeat customer soon.
