The flowers are beautiful. I ordered at about 1PM and they managed to deliver by 3PM. That's great service!

So incredibly disappointed. I ordered my sister flowers for her birthday. I was told I’d get a receipt via text. By 2:00 I still hadn’t received anything. I called to get an update on the delivery time. I left a voicemail then waited an hour, still no response. I called 9 times before Jill finally picked up the phone. She said she was going to call the delivery driver to “see if it was still on the truck”. I waited an hour, still no call back. I then called another 10 times before Jill had answered. She stated that “they are waiting for the flowers at the flower exchange in Boston”. It was 4:30 by this time, not even enough time to call somewhere else and have my sister flowers delivered on her birthday. Jill gave me the option to have them delivered the following day or get a full refund.nnDon’t sell flowers if you have none to sell!!!!

Jill’s flower shop has been absolutely wonderful! I just got the most beautiful roses I have ever seen in my whole life. I highly recommend this flower shop if you need to send flowers to Millis or any of the surrounding towns thank you so much Jill! I guess I know where I’ll be getting my Valentines Day flowers you’re a lifesaver.
