I have been going here for a long time with my pets Chase and Buddy. Just recently i had to put Buddy down and they were the most compassionate and empathetic during his passing. It was a hard decision to make and they were supportive through it all. I recommend coming here for veterinary care of your fur babies.
It's hard to find a good local vet for pet rabbits. This place is top notch! The entire staff is excellent!
Ani-Mall managed to fit us in the next day when we realized we needed to put our beloved pet rat down. The aids were very kind to us, and Dr. Parker-Cox was very empathetic and treated Caesar very well in his final minutes. We were very touched to also receive a *handwritten* sympathy card from the staff and Dr. Parker-Cox saying that although Caesar was small, he takes up a big part of our hearts and they know he was so loved. We were so surprised at this thoughtful and moving gesture that was totally unexpected. Thank you, Dr. Parker-Cox and Ani-Mall for your kindness during such a dark and sad time. We appreciate it more than you know.
Staff was excellent they came out to get information on my pet. To keep everyone safe from covid. Very caring love them.
Dr. Barra has cared for our family fur babies for over 30 years. He and his staff have always been wonderful. Dr. Barra has recently assisted me with specific issues. He has been extremely thorough with researching and consulting to provide the best advice and care possible. I should have written a 5 star review years ago. The extraordinary attention he has paid to me recently has brought me to do it today. I am so grateful to have a wonderful Veternarian with a heart of gold!
