I have been working with Sloan for almost a year now to plan my wedding in June 2021. She has been nothing short of AMAZING!! Her floral design is seriously one of a kind and so refreshing. With so much still unknown about events in 2021, I called Sloan back in October about having a backup date. She was reassuring and made me feel so much better. Most beautiful arrangements in Buffalo! I have ordered from Botan several times, and each time the bouquets are full of fresh textures and gorgeous blooms—like little works of art. They last a long time, and they also dry really nicely. Plus you can check out amazing vintage dresses while you pick up your flowers ✨
Bōtan’s arrangements and attention to detail can’t be beat! I have had nothing but excellent experiences on each visit. The arrangements are so carefully crafted that by just leaving them alone as they transition to a dry state creates another layer of beauty. Truly beautiful work!
Iove to know I can get fresh local flowers less than a mile away in the west side and avoid grocery stores. I enjoy their arrangements. There's a great variety in stems and it's always balanced really well. Looking forward to more unique stems in the coming warm months ☺ufe0f
I have never been into the space myself, as I don’t live in town anymore, but I often order flowers for my mom for both pickup and delivery. The owner is so friendly, helpful, attentive and easy to talk to! 5/5 stars for her amazing customer service and of course 5/5 stars for her beautiful designs. Thanks for helping me keep mom happy! Looking forward to shopping here again.
