Their website was very easy to use and I was able to get next day delivery for a bouquet of in season flowers and a beautiful plant. They even left a card for my grandmother to call so they can make sure she received her birthday gift. Definitely using them again!!!

one word: rude!nI am a huge believer in supporting small businesses. I am not from Buffalo, but chose Maureen's because of their location and beautiful arrangements listed online. (or so I thought) I had these delivered to our friend who is not well and the delivery guy was so, SO rude. Literally threw the flower arrangement at the girl at the front desk in the hospital. Also lied to them saying it was for an employee and it was not. It was for a patient. (The hospital had to call us to clarify all the details) I am really disgusted and I will tell everyone I know to never go to Maureen's.nnIf I could give no stars, I would. Please hire nice, reputable people. Customer service goes a long way!!

I ordered an arrangement for a friend today for delivery today and upon receipt my friend sent a photo. It was absolutely beautiful! They were able to get it out quickly to bring some cheer to her day and the flowers were just stunning. Thank you!
