I have been with Ark Animal since about 2001. The true test of a man is not when everything is going well; it is when things go wrong that you learn how good a man is. Dr. Jim Garner just addressed a problem I had with sincere compassion and a fairness that is rare in today's world. He is willing to communicate and bring resolution to problems that arise. He is a very competent Veterinarian with excellent business skills and a true human spirit to match. I am confident that you will find what you need at his practice.
Ark is one of the best animal hospitals I have ever dealt with. They take excellent care of our puppy and help guide us in a healthy up bringing. In one example when she was sick for her last set of tempement shots they did not want to give them to her for her safety until she was feeling better.
In the past few months, we have spent a decent amount of time with this vet as our cat has had issues with his ear. Finally went ahead and got the surgery to the tune of $3,000, putting us at a total of $5,000 all in. Went for the follow up visit to make sure everything went as planned, got home and received a phone call they forgot to charge the card? Apparently you still get charged a follow up charge after spending tons of money, but don’t worry they only charge you a half visit. Wish there was more compassion for the well being of the animal and less of a cash grab.

This is the nicest, most welcoming, dog ‘smart’, professional, and kindest veterinary group in the area. Jeana Travis, a vet tech with Ark, is the reason I cane here and I’m so glad I did. My puppy is in wonderful hands.
