Hyde Park Florist & Gifts are the best florist in the area. I've just recently started using this florist I've ordered 3 times so far and the flowers are completely beautiful.Kathy and the staff are amazing and very reasonable prices.Fast and friendly delivery service next day. This is my new to go to florist. I highly recommend.
I ordered a dozen Roses for my girlfriend's birthday. I paid $50 on their website. I was called later that night around 9, by some lady telling me, that's the Roses are $75. She said it was a mistake to have them on their website for $50, and wouldn't honor it for me. It was their mistake, but said they wouldn't honor the online price, that I paid. Horrible service!
The flowers are beautiful. The online ordering system is completely broken. Which they don't tell you about. They guarantee next day delivery, but they don't tell you it comes with free condescending voicemails demanding money you think you've already paid. Guaranteed satisfaction, I guarantee you I was not satisfied.
Very friendly staff! I was able to get a nice arrangement for a very good price also. I'll be back next time I pick up flowers
These were BY FAR the most beautiful, high-quality arrangement of stargazer lilies I ever received. My boyfriend had them delivered and the delivery people had to return to my work twice bc I was out sick in the morning. They were completely accommodating. I will always use this florist in the future! awesome flowers. Also this is the first time I have ever written an online review on anything! :)
